Our Strategy Consulting services are driven by a simplified and practical, results oriented strategic planning process.

The three core phases include the following services:

1. Phase One – Preplanning meeting to decide on our overall strategic planning approach, to identify critical issues facing the organization and through the phase one process, identify what information is necessary in order to have a successful planning session. (2-4 Hours)

2. Phase Two - To conduct a 1 or 2 day strategy session to include the Strategic Leadership Team and anyone else decided upon at the preplanning meeting.

3. Phase Three - To conduct three quarterly strategy sessions with the Strategic Leadership Team to revise the plan and keep it current. (Typically a 4-6 hour meeting)

4. To conduct conference calls with CEO/Business Owner/Manager in between the quarterly strategy sessions to act as a sounding board, check the results of the strategies and provide consultation.

5. To provide a typewritten document of all planning sessions and meetings during the year.
