These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
Before initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting The Herlihy Group at Matt@theherlihygroup.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue available legal remedies in the courts identified in Section 9.
The Herlihy Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
